All of my clients must undergo an initial consultation so that we can discuss your needs, complete a routine health and safety questionnaire, and to go over the basics of your chosen class-type.
The consultation only has to be completed once, and takes between 35-45 minutes, and is done on-site at The Pilates Room.
The consultation is charged at £20
