Group Mat sessions are designed for mixed abilities. Still following the Pilates Principles and focusing on concentration, flow and breathing! 

We will use small equipment (balls, weights, ring etc) to make the sessions fun and energetic!

The group mat sessions are £15 per hour. 

6 and 12 week workout plans are available, which can be designed to include 1-3 classes per week. Also pay as you go option is available.
